For authors

Every book and every store, one link

Readers buy where they already shop: Amazon, Bookshop, Apple Books, Kobo, the local store. Give each book one page with every option, and keep the newsletter one tap away.

A page per book

Each book is a project with its cover, the blurb and your buy links. Its project page holds the trailer, the reviews and the series order. Statuses tell readers what is out: Active for books on sale, Coming soon for the next one (see project status).

Books with prices can also go in the product grid (4 products on Free, 12 on Pro), linking to wherever you sell direct.

Preorders and launch day

A scheduled link runs your launch: "Preorder now" until release, then "Out now" on the day, then gone when you want it gone. A countdown before a cover reveal works the same way.

Reader newsletter first: the subscribe box can be the top of your page, or point to the newsletter service you already use.

Events and press

Signings and festival panels are link buttons that can hide after the date. Bookstores and podcasts asking for a press kit get a PDF with Open to work and resume. Put the QR code from the Share sheet on bookmarks and the signing table; scans show up in your analytics.

Free: 5 projects, 50 links, three templates, 100 email subscribers and 7 days of stats, with a small "Built w/ makerhandle" badge. Pro is $20 a year: all nine templates, unlimited projects and subscribers, a year of stats, the contact form, your own domain and no badge.
