Links that show up on time and leave on time

Set when a link appears and when it goes. A product drop, a launch, a limited offer or an early-bird price runs itself, and the countdown builds the wait.

How it works

Every link button on your page has a clock in the editor. Open it and set:

  • Show from: the link is hidden until then.
  • Hide after: the link disappears from your page at that time.
  • Countdown: optionally, before it opens the button shows "Opens in 2d 4h" without its address, and the page reloads to show the real link the moment it goes live.

Times are in your page's time zone. The editor says where each link stands, like "Scheduled: shows Oct 30, 9:00" or "Live until Nov 2, 18:00", and your preview shows scheduled links marked, so you can check them before anyone else sees them.

Checked on every visit

Your page is drawn fresh for every visit, so a link appears and disappears at its time, not whenever a cache expires. The same goes for everything that lists your links: the click counter stops sending people to an expired link, a profile link that has expired leaves your page's structured data, and the plain-text copy of your page for AI assistants is never kept past the next scheduled change.

A link that is not live yet never shows its address. With a countdown, visitors see its title and the time left, nothing more.

What people use it for

  • A merch drop or limited edition that opens at 9:00 on Friday, with a countdown all week.
  • A launch: the Product Hunt or Kickstarter link appears on launch morning and the waitlist link expires the same minute.
  • A sale that ends on Monday at midnight, without you remembering to take it down.
  • A seasonal link, like Christmas pre-orders from December 1 to 22.

Scheduled links are free on every plan, alongside opening hours for businesses and the click counts in analytics.

Questions

Do I need to be online when the link goes live?

No. The page checks the time on every visit, so the link shows up and expires on its own.

Can visitors find the link before it opens?

No. Until its start time the address is not in the page, its share data or its plain-text copy. With a countdown, only the title and time left are shown.

Which time zone are the times in?

Your page's time zone, which the editor takes from your browser and you can change next to the times.

Is it a paid feature?

No. Scheduling is on every plan.
