For indie hackers

A link in bio for indie hackers

Every product you have shipped, on one page, with its status and (if you want) its verified revenue. Set it up in about two minutes.

All your projects in one place

Indie hackers rarely have just one product. You have the one that pays rent, the one you are building, the one you sold and a few you shut down. A normal link in bio flattens all of that into identical buttons.

makerhandle gives each project its own card with a name, logo, short description, link and tags. If you do not upload a logo, we fetch the site's favicon for you. Mark your main product as large so it gets a featured card at the top, and hide anything you are not ready to show.

The result is an indie hacker portfolio that lives at makerhandle.com/yourname and fits in any bio.

Status that tells the real story

Every project gets a status: Active, Building, Acquired, On hold or Discontinued. Visitors can see at a glance what is live, what is coming and what is history.

That last part matters. A track record with a few discontinued projects and one acquisition says more about you than a single shiny link. You do not have to delete your past to look good. You can just label it honestly.

Status also saves you awkward replies. Nobody has to DM you to ask whether that old app still works, or whether the thing you teased last month has launched yet. The page already says so, and you change it with one click when things move.

Verified revenue, not screenshots

Connect Stripe with a read-only restricted key and we show MRR from active subscriptions, or the last 30 days of charges net of refunds. Selling on Shopify? Connect a read-only app and we show the last 30 days of orders, net of refunds.

Verified numbers get a check mark on your page and on the public leaderboard. Keys are encrypted at rest and never shown again. Prefer to type a number in yourself? That works too, it just shows without the check. Details on the verified revenue page.

Stats that answer useful questions

See page views, unique visitors, clicks per project, click-through rate, referrers and countries. It is enough to answer the questions indie hackers actually ask: is anyone using my bio link, which project gets the most interest, and is X or LinkedIn sending more people?

Sometimes the answer is a surprise. The side project you nearly forgot about may get more clicks than the one you post about every day. That is a useful signal about what to build next, or at least what to describe better.

Unique visitors are counted with a daily salted hash, so no IP addresses are stored. More on analytics.

Priced like a side project

The free plan is free forever and covers five projects, three templates, two themes, up to 100 email subscribers and seven days of analytics, with a small "Built w/ makerhandle" badge. For a lot of indie hackers that is the whole page, and it stays that way.

Pro is $20 a year: unlimited projects, all seven templates, every theme and the custom theme builder, a custom domain, a year of stats and no badge. That is less than most single months of a typical SaaS tool. Billed yearly through Stripe, cancel any time, and your page drops back to the free plan if you do. See pricing.

Yes. The free plan is free forever and includes up to five projects, three templates, two themes, 100 email subscribers and seven days of analytics. Pro is $20 a year if you need more.

Do I have to share my revenue?

Can makerhandle change anything in my Stripe account?

No. We only accept restricted keys with Read access to Subscriptions and Charges, so the key cannot create charges, refunds or payouts.

Can I list projects I have shut down?
