For game developers
Every game you made, on one page
Jam games, prototypes, the Steam release and the one still in development. Screenshots, statuses and a link to play or wishlist.
A catalog, not a link list
Indie game developers build a lot: jam entries on itch.io, prototypes, a demo, the game on Steam, maybe a tool or asset pack on the side. Each one gets a card on makerhandle with a screenshot, a description, tags like Godot, Unity or Game jam, and a link to play, buy or wishlist.
The Showcase template leads with big screenshots, and Spotlight gives your upcoming game the stage with a "Visit" button and the rest of your work below.
Statuses that fit gamedev
- Building for the game in development, linked to its wishlist page
- Active for released games and live demos
- On hold for the prototype you will come back to
- Discontinued for jam games and experiments you have moved on from
- Acquired for something a publisher or studio bought
Players and publishers see your whole history at a glance, which is often more persuasive than one trailer.
Find out where players come from
Built-in analytics show visitors, sources, countries, devices and clicks on each game. Did the Reddit post or the TikTok clip send more people to your wishlist link? Which country is your audience in? Now you know.

Pricing
Steam and itch.io sales cannot be verified on makerhandle. If you sell merch or a supporter tier through Stripe or Shopify, those can be. Otherwise leave revenue off, which is what most game devs do.
Free covers five games. Pro is $20 a year for unlimited projects, all templates and a custom domain. See pricing.
