Feature
Verified Shopify sales, with one scope
Connect a Shopify app with only read_orders and your page shows the last 30 days of sales, net of refunds, with a check mark.
One scope, nothing more
makerhandle needs a Shopify app with the read_orders scope. That lets us add up orders. It does not let us see payment details, change products, edit customers or touch settings.
Connect either a Dev Dashboard app (Client ID and Client secret, the way new apps are made since January 1, 2026) or a legacy custom app token starting with shpat_ from before then.
A fair number
We show the last 30 days of orders, net of refunds. Canceled orders and test orders are excluded, so your setup orders never count and a big refund lowers the figure as it should.
The first connection reads about the last 60 days, which is as far back as read_orders reaches, and draws a daily history chart. From then on, history keeps growing as connections refresh every few hours.
Several stores
Each project has its own connection, so several stores can sit on one page, each with its own number. Mix them with Stripe products if you run both.
Verified stores show a check mark on your page and on the public leaderboard. Credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown again.
Set it up
The full walkthrough, including the Dev Dashboard steps, is in how to show Shopify revenue without admin access. Works on the free plan and on Pro. See makerhandle for Shopify stores.
Questions
Which Shopify scope is needed?
Only read_orders.
Why only 30 days?
A rolling 30 days is comparable month to month and hard to inflate. History builds up over time on the chart.
Are test orders counted?
No. Test and canceled orders are excluded, and refunds are subtracted.
Can I connect a store created in 2026?
Yes, with a Dev Dashboard app's Client ID and Client secret.
