The best link in bio tools in 2026

There is no single best link in bio. There is a best one for selling, for booking, for designing it yourself and for owning your address. Here is each, honestly.

How we picked

We make makerhandle, so it is on this list; judge that part with that in mind. Everything else is described from each product's own pricing and help pages, checked on October 20, 2026 (see Sources). We left out tools that have shut down (Bento, Koji, Linkpop) and noted the one closing this month, Tap Bio.

Linktree is the default for a reason: a free plan with unlimited links, a big template library and an app. Its paid tiers (Starter, Pro, Premium) vary by region. Two things to know: its help center says custom domains are not supported, and hiding the logo takes Pro or Premium. See makerhandle vs Linktree.

Best for selling digital products: Beacons or Stan Store

Both put a checkout on the page. Beacons is free to start, with a 9% fee on digital sales on its free and $10 plans per its help center; Stan Store has no free plan but takes no fee, at $29 a month. Which is cheaper depends on how much you sell; we worked it out in Beacons alternatives and Stan Store alternatives.

Best for designing it yourself: Carrd

Carrd is a blank one-page canvas and famously cheap: Pro Standard with custom domains is $19 a year for up to 10 sites. You lay out every element, which is fun once and work every time you change something. See Carrd alternatives.

Best for creators and small businesses who want it all on one page: makerhandle

makerhandle is for the in-between: more than a list of buttons, less work than a website. The free plan covers 50 links, five projects, three templates, socials, a QR code, a booking button or calendar, opening hours, your latest YouTube video and podcast episode, 4 products in a product grid, up to 100 email subscribers and seven days of cookie-free stats, with a small "Built w/ makerhandle" badge. Pro is $20 a year: your own domain with SSL, all nine templates, 12 products, a contact form, unlimited subscribers, a year of stats and no badge.

It does not sell from the page (products link to your own store) and it is not a site builder.
