The best free link in bio tools, with their limits
Every free plan leaves something out. The trick is picking the one that leaves out what you do not need. Here is what each one actually gives you for nothing.

What free plans usually leave out
Four things, almost everywhere: your own domain, detailed stats, removing the tool's branding and, on tools that sell, lower fees. Decide which of those matter to you first. If it is your own domain, no free plan we know of includes one; the cheapest paid ones are about $20 a year (see link in bio with a custom domain).
The free plans, side by side
| Tool | What the free plan is | What it leaves out |
|---|---|---|
| Linktree Free | Unlimited links, core looks, basic analytics | Your own domain (not supported); the logo stays unless you pay |
| makerhandle Free | 50 links, booking, hours, video, products, QR, 7 days of cookie-free stats | Your own domain and the badge removal are Pro, $20 a year |
| Beacons Free | A page and a store | 9% fee on digital product sales |
| Carrd (free account) | One-page sites you design, on carrd.co | Custom domains start at Pro Standard, $19 a year |
| Campsite.bio Free | A link page | Custom domain and logo removal are Pro, $7 a month |
| AllMyLinks | Profile links and click stats, no ads | Its site does not describe custom domains |
Plans as of October 2026; see Sources. Stan Store has no free plan.
Best free plan for creators and small businesses: makerhandle
The free plan covers 50 links, five projects, three templates, socials, a QR code, a booking button or calendar, opening hours, your latest YouTube video and podcast episode, 4 products in a product grid, up to 100 email subscribers and seven days of cookie-free stats, with a small "Built w/ makerhandle" badge. The one thing it limits that Linktree does not: 50 links instead of unlimited, which is more than almost any real page uses. Pro is $20 a year when you want your own domain.
Best free plan for the most links: Linktree
Linktree Free has unlimited links and the widest choice of looks. The logo stays unless you pay for Pro or Premium, per its help center, and there is no custom domain on any plan. See Linktree alternatives.
Best free plan for selling: Beacons
Beacons Free includes a store. Its help center lists a 9% transaction fee on digital product sales on the free plan, so selling $100 costs $9 before card processing. Fine to start; see Beacons alternatives for when paying monthly wins.
