For hair salons

One page for the whole salon

Clients find the salon on Instagram and Google, then want three things: book, see the work, find the door. Put all three on one page that you control.

One Book button, then each stylist

Paste the salon's Fresha, Vagaro, Booksy or Square Appointments link into Book a time and it becomes the big button at the top: "Book on Fresha", or your own words like "Book with any stylist". Fresha, Vagaro and Square open in a new tab; a Booksy business page can show its whole service menu right on your page.

Under it, give each stylist a link to their own booking page or Instagram: "Maya, color and balayage", "Jordan, cuts and curly hair". New clients pick a person, regulars go straight to theirs.

What your page would show

Example: a six-chair salon in a strip mall. The logo, "Color, cuts and curly hair in Mesa. Walk-ins Tuesday to Thursday" as the bio. Then:

  • Book on Vagaro, the big button
  • Maya, color and balayage and four more stylist links
  • Price list, a link to the menu you already have as a PDF or page
  • Leave us a review, straight to your Google reviews
  • Instagram and TikTok icons

Below that, the opening hours block with "Open now, closes 7pm", the address with Open in Maps, and a tap-to-call button for people who would rather phone.

At the front desk and on the mirror

Download the QR code from the Share sheet as a "Scan to visit" card and put it at the front desk, on each station mirror and on the receipt. A client in the chair can rebook, follow their stylist and leave a review before they stand up.

Running a holiday promo? Add a scheduled link like "Gift cards, 20% off until Dec 24" that appears and disappears on its own.

See what works, on an address you own

Built-in analytics count visits, where they came from (Instagram, TikTok and Google) and which buttons get tapped, with no cookies and no consent banner. Scans of your QR code show up as their own source, so you can tell the printed code apart from your bio link.

On Pro, $20 a year, the page can live on your own domain, like yoursalon.com, and yoursalon.com/book goes straight to your booking page. Print it once and it keeps working when you change apps. Coming from Linktree? Paste it on the import page and your links come over in order.

Questions

Can each stylist have their own booking link?

Yes. The salon gets one Book a time button, and each stylist can be a regular link to their own booking page, Instagram or both.

Which booking apps work?

Fresha, Vagaro, Booksy, Square Appointments, Setmore, SimplyBook.me, Calendly and more. Booksy and Calendly can show their calendar on your page; the others open in a new tab.

Does Google see our hours?

Yes. The opening hours block marks your address and hours up as a local business, so search engines can read them.

Is it free?

Yes. Free pages hold 50 links, your socials, booking, opening hours, a QR code and 7 days of stats. Pro is $20 a year for your own domain, every template, a year of stats and no badge.
