Spotify on your link in bio

Point fans at your artist page, your playlist or your show, and swap release links on time.

What works today

  • A Spotify icon next to your other socials, from an artist, profile, podcast, playlist or album link (open.spotify.com or spotify.link).
  • Spotify links as buttons, with Spotify's icon, anywhere in your links.
  • Release day on time: a scheduled link shows your new single from the minute it drops, with an optional countdown before.
  • Podcasts: the latest episode card adds a Spotify listen button next to Apple's.

Set it up

  1. In the editor's Page tab, paste your Spotify link in the Spotify social field. A bare username becomes a profile link.
  2. Add releases or playlists as links. Use the clock on a link to set Show from for release day.
  3. Podcasters: add the Latest podcast episode block with your RSS feed or Apple Podcasts link.

Good to know

Spotify does not publish a feed makerhandle can read for your newest episode, so the podcast card needs your RSS feed or Apple Podcasts link; a Spotify link there gets a note on where to find your feed. A Spotify playlist or album link is not a profile, so it does not count as "this is me" (rel=me) for search engines. See makerhandle for musicians.

Why does the podcast card not take my Spotify link?

Spotify has no public feed for it. Use your RSS feed or Apple Podcasts link; the card still shows a Spotify button.
