For loan officers

Apply, book a call, or get the updates

Buyers are not ready on the same day. Some want to apply, some want a call, and most want to be told when rates move.

Three ways in

Start your application links to your point-of-sale app. Book a call goes in Book a time with Calendly or Cal.com, so the calendar shows on the page. Rate updates is the built-in subscribe box, for the people who are six months out.

Your NMLS number and company go in the bio, where they belong.

What your page would show

Example: a loan officer at a broker shop. His photo, "Purchase and refi loans in Texas. NMLS #123456, company NMLS #7890" as the bio. Then:

  • Start your application
  • Book a 15 minute call, Calendly on the page
  • First time buyer programs, a project page
  • Rate updates, the subscribe box
  • Reviews, Google

Loan programs go below as projects: "FHA", "VA", "Down payment assistance".

With your agent partners

Give agents a card with your QR code to hand buyers at open houses. Scans show as "QR code" in your stats, so you can see which partner sends people your way. Any rate or offer copy should still go through your compliance review; the page changes the moment you save.

See what works, on an address you own

Built-in analytics count visits, where they came from (Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook) and which buttons get tapped, with no cookies and no consent banner. Scans of your QR code show up as their own source, so you can tell the printed code apart from your bio link.

On Pro, $20 a year, the page can live on your own domain, like loanswithmarco.com, and loanswithmarco.com/book goes straight to your booking page. Print it once and it keeps working when you change apps. Coming from Linktree? Paste it on the import page and your links come over in order.
