Magazine: your work as an issue
Your name set huge across the top, your best project as the cover story, the rest as numbered stories in ruled columns.
How it is laid out
Magazine opens with a masthead: thick rules, your location and handle, an issue number (how many projects you have) and your name set as big as the screen allows. "Open to work" and your resume sit just under it.
Then the cover story: the first project you mark as large, or simply your first project, with its screenshot, a big headline, the description as a standfirst, its details, status and revenue, and a byline with your name.
In this issue lists every other project as a numbered story in ruled columns, each with a kicker (its first tag), a headline, a short dek, its status and revenue. Projects marked large also get their screenshot. The back page is a letter from the maker: your photo and your bio with a drop cap, your links, then your monthly revenue as a pull quote and the subscribe box.
Who it suits
Writers, designers and makers with a point of view: anyone whose page should feel edited rather than listed. It reads best with a few strong projects and a bio worth reading, and it looks its most like print with the serif font on a light palette such as Newsprint or Polaroid.
On a phone the columns fold into one and the masthead scales down, so the cover still lands first.
