Booking
Cal.com on your link in bio
Cal.com is the open source way to take bookings. Put its calendar on your page and people book without leaving.
What works today
- Your Cal.com calendar on the page, loaded only when someone scrolls near it.
- Or a button, "Book a time" or your own words.
- Any cal.com booking link, your profile or one event.
yourname/book, straight to your Cal.com page.
Set it up
- In the editor's Page tab, open Book a time.
- Paste your Cal.com link (cal.com/you or cal.com/you/intro). makerhandle recognizes it and shows the Cal.com name and icon.
- Choose Show as: a button, or "Calendar on the page".
- Add a short line under it if you like ("30 min, free" or "Walk-ins welcome"), and choose whether it sits above your links or after your projects.
- Publish. Your short link
makerhandle.com/yourname/booknow goes straight to Cal.com too.
Good to know
Cal.com links on cal.com itself are recognized; a self-hosted Cal.com on your own domain can still go in your page as an ordinary link. Clients book, pay and get reminders in Cal.com, exactly as now: makerhandle never sees the booking. Taps on the button and visits to your /book link show in your stats as "Clicked your booking link", with no cookies. The block is on every plan, free included. It also works with Booksy, Calendly, Cal.com, TidyCal, Google Calendar appointment schedules and Acuity as a calendar on the page, and Square Appointments, Fresha, Vagaro, Setmore and SimplyBook.me as a button; see Book a time.
Other booking services: Booksy, Calendly, TidyCal, Acuity Scheduling, Square Appointments, Fresha, Vagaro. Or see every integration.
