# MRR milestone card generator

> Free MRR screenshot and milestone card generator: turn your revenue into a clean image with a growth chart for X, LinkedIn and Reddit. No sign-up.

Type your MRR or revenue, add a few months for the chart, pick a look and download a sharp image sized for X, LinkedIn or Instagram. No sign-up, no screenshot cropping.

## How to make a revenue card

1. **Name the product.** Add its website and the card picks up the site's icon, or upload a logo. An uploaded logo never leaves your browser.
2. **Enter the number.** Pick the currency and say what it is: MRR, ARR, revenue this month or all-time revenue.
3. **Add the chart.** Paste up to 12 monthly figures, oldest first, separated by commas. The card draws them as a line from zero, so the growth is honest.
4. **Set the growth.** Leave it empty and the card works it out from the last two months, or type your own percentage.
5. **Write a caption** like "Crossed $10k MRR, 14 months after launch." Keep it short: it is the headline people read first.
6. **Pick a style and a size**, then download the PNG, copy it straight into a post, or share the link.

The preview updates as you type. The download is drawn at full size (1200 x 675, 1080 x 1080 or 1080 x 1350 pixels), so it stays crisp on every screen.

## Which size to pick

- **X post (1200 x 675)** fills the full width of a post on X and Bluesky without cropping, and works for Reddit and Indie Hackers too.
- **Square (1080 x 1080)** suits LinkedIn and Instagram posts, and anywhere that shows images in a grid.
- **Portrait (1080 x 1350)** takes up the most room in a LinkedIn or Instagram feed on a phone.

When you share the link instead of the image, the post shows the card as its preview, at the size you picked.

## Make the number believable

A milestone card is a claim, and people have seen faked revenue screenshots before. Two habits help: say which number it is ([MRR](https://makerhandle.com/glossary/mrr) is not the same as revenue for the month, see [which one to show](https://makerhandle.com/blog/mrr-vs-revenue-which-to-show)), and keep posting it in the flat months too. If you are not sure your MRR is right, check it with the [MRR calculator](https://makerhandle.com/tools/mrr-calculator) first.

The strongest version is a number nobody has to take on trust. makerhandle reads it from Stripe with a read-only key and shows it with a check mark, on a page you can link from every post. See [verified MRR from Stripe](https://makerhandle.com/features/stripe-mrr) or the [guide to showing verified MRR](https://makerhandle.com/blog/how-to-show-verified-mrr).

## Post it where it travels

Revenue milestones are some of the most shared posts in [building in public](https://makerhandle.com/blog/how-to-build-in-public). A few things make them land: one number per post, a line about what got you there, and the lesson someone else can use. Post the image natively rather than as a link when you can, since most feeds favor images, then put your page link in the first reply or your bio. Tag that link with the [UTM builder](https://makerhandle.com/tools/utm-builder) to see which platform sends visitors.

## Questions

### Is the revenue card generator free?

Yes. It is free, needs no account and has no limits. Every card carries a small "Made with makerhandle.com" line in the corner.

### Do you store my revenue numbers?

No. The card is drawn in your browser and nothing is saved. If you share a link, the numbers are in that link, so only share it when you are happy for them to be public. Uploaded logos never leave your browser.

### What size image should I use for X and LinkedIn?

Use 1200 x 675 for X, which shows it uncropped. For LinkedIn, the 1080 x 1080 square or the 1080 x 1350 portrait take up more of the feed.

### How is the growth percentage calculated?

If you leave growth empty, it is the change from the second to last month of your chart to the last one. Type your own number to override it.

### Can I show verified revenue instead of a typed number?

Yes. On a makerhandle page your MRR comes straight from Stripe or Shopify with a read-only key and shows a check mark, so nobody has to trust a screenshot.
