# Grade your link in bio page

> Free Linktree grader: paste your Linktree, Beacons, Stan or any bio page and get a score out of 100, with dead links, SEO, speed and share preview checks.

Paste your Linktree, Beacons, Stan or any bio page. We open it and its links like a visitor would, then score it out of 100 and list what to fix, worst first.

## What the grader checks

The grader runs every check from the [link in bio audit](https://makerhandle.com/tools/link-in-bio-audit), then opens the page's HTML and its links:

- **Dead links.** Up to 12 links are opened. Any that answer with an error or do not answer at all are listed by name.
- **Search.** A page title that says who you are, and a description for Google to show.
- **Sharing.** A preview image, so the link shows a picture when pasted into a message.
- **Phones.** A viewport tag, so phones show the mobile layout.
- **Speed.** How big the page is and how fast it answers.
- **Analytics.** Whether anything counts visits, so you know which link works.
- **The basics.** Your name, bio, photo, socials, a way to stay in touch, and whether the page sits on a domain you own.

Each check passes, gets a warning or fails. The score counts a warning as half a pass.

## What a good score looks like

Most Linktree pages score between 60 and 80. The points usually go on three things: links to old launches that now 404, a page title that is just a handle, and no way to stay in touch for people who are not ready to buy.

Over 90 means a visitor gets what they came for in one tap. Fix the red items first: a dead link costs you the visitor who tapped it. For a closer look at the links alone, use the [broken link checker](https://makerhandle.com/tools/broken-link-checker), and for how the page looks when shared, the [link preview checker](https://makerhandle.com/tools/link-preview-checker).

## Fix it in two minutes

If the grade comes back low, you can fix each item where your page lives. Or bring the page to makerhandle: paste the same link into the [import](https://makerhandle.com/import) and your links, bio, photo and socials come over in one step, on a page that is already set up for search, sharing and phones, with click stats built in.

## Questions

### Does it work with pages that are not on Linktree?

Yes. It reads Linktree, Beacons, Stan Store, Carrd, Taplink, Bio.link, Lnk.Bio and any other public page, including your own site.

### Do you save my page or the results?

No. The page and its links are read once to make the report, and nothing is stored.

### Why does a link show as not checked?

Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and TikTok turn away automated visits, so we skip them rather than call them broken. Tap them on your phone to be sure.

### How is this different from the link in bio audit?

The audit reads what is on the page. The grader also opens the links, reads the HTML for search, sharing and speed, and gives a single score.
