# YouTube on your link in bio

> Show your latest YouTube video on your link in bio by itself, feature one video, and add your channel icon. No API key. Free on makerhandle.

Paste your channel once. Your page shows your newest upload from then on, and it plays right there.

## What works today

- **Latest YouTube video:** your newest upload, or newest three, with thumbnail, title and date. Shorts are left out unless you switch them on.
- **Plays on the page** after a click, from youtube-nocookie.com, or opens YouTube if you prefer.
- **Featured video:** pin one video near the top, like a trailer or your best one. Vimeo, Loom and MP4 uploads work too.
- **YouTube icon** with your @handle, and visits from YouTube show as their own source in your stats.

## Set it up

1. In the editor's **Page** tab, choose **Add block**, then **Latest YouTube video**.
2. Paste your channel link or @handle and choose one video or three.
3. Choose what a click does: play on the page, or open YouTube. Put it above or below your projects.
4. For a pinned video, add **Featured video** and paste the video link.

## Good to know

There is no YouTube login and no API key: makerhandle reads your channel's public feed, about every hour while your page gets visits and once a day otherwise; **Refresh now** fetches a new upload at once. The player loads nothing until someone presses play, so the page stays fast. Free on every plan.
