# Flash, books and guest spots in one link

> A link in bio for tattoo artists: your booking form, available flash, healed work, guest spot dates and shop hours, on a page you own.

Your books open, close and travel. Your link should keep up without you rewriting your bio every week.

## Books open, books closed

Put your booking form first: Google Forms, Typeform, Tattoo Studio Pro or whatever you use. When your books are closed, a [scheduled link](https://makerhandle.com/features/scheduled-links) can show "Books open Friday at noon" with a countdown and turn into the form at exactly noon. No more editing your bio at 11:59.

Consults on Calendly or Square? Put that in [Book a time](https://makerhandle.com/features/booking) so it is the big button.

## What your page would show

**Example:** a fine-line artist at a shop in Brooklyn. Their photo, "Fine line and botanical. Books open monthly" as the bio. Then:

- **Books open Friday 12pm**, a countdown that becomes the form
- **Available flash**, a link to the current sheet
- **Aftercare**, a link to the shop's instructions
- **Guest spot: Austin, May 9 to 12**, shown only until May 12

Healed work goes below as [project pages](https://makerhandle.com/features/project-pages): "Botanical", "Fine line script", "Healed at 1 year".

## Conventions and guest spots

Bring the "Scan to visit" card from the Share sheet to conventions, and tape the QR code to your station. Scans count in your stats as "QR code", apart from Instagram.

The shop's address and hours go in the [opening hours](https://makerhandle.com/features/opening-hours) block. On a guest spot, change the address for the week and change it back after.

## See what works, on an address you own

Built-in [analytics](https://makerhandle.com/features/analytics) count visits, where they came from (Instagram, TikTok and Google) and which buttons get tapped, with no cookies and no consent banner. Scans of your QR code show up as their own source, so you can tell the printed code apart from your bio link.

On Pro, **$20 a year**, the page can live on your own domain, like inkbysam.com. Print it once and it keeps working when you change apps. Coming from Linktree? Paste it on the [import page](https://makerhandle.com/import) and your links come over in order.

## Questions

### Can I open my books at a set time?

Yes. A scheduled link shows a countdown and goes live at the time you set, and the address is never visible before then.

### Can I show flash with prices?

Yes. Add flash pieces to the product grid with a photo and price, linking to your booking form.

### Is this okay for a whole shop?

Yes. The shop page links to each artist's own page, and the hours block shows when the door is open.

### Is it free?

Yes. Free pages hold 50 links, your socials, booking, opening hours, a QR code and 7 days of stats. Pro is $20 a year for your own domain, every template, a year of stats and no badge.
