# Let people book you from your bio

> Add a Book a time button or your booking calendar to your link in bio: Booksy, Calendly, Cal.com, Square, Fresha, Vagaro and more. Free on every plan.

Paste your Booksy, Calendly or Cal.com link and your page gets one big "Book a time" button, or the booking calendar itself, right under your name.

## Your booking page, front and center

In the editor's Page tab, paste the address of your booking page into **Book a time**. makerhandle recognises the service, shows its name and icon, and draws a big button in your accent color: "Book on Booksy" for a Booksy page, "Book a time" for the rest, or your own words. Add a small line under it if you like, such as "30 min consult, free" or "Walk-ins welcome too".

The block sits above your links, where people see it without scrolling, or after your projects. It looks at home in all nine templates, light or dark, on a phone or a laptop.

It works with these services:

| Service | Button | Calendar on your page |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Booksy | Yes | Yes, from a business page |
| Calendly | Yes | Yes |
| Cal.com | Yes | Yes |
| TidyCal | Yes | Yes |
| Google Calendar appointment schedules | Yes | Yes |
| Acuity Scheduling | Yes | Yes, from a schedule.php address |
| Square Appointments | Yes | No, opens Square |
| Fresha | Yes | No, opens Fresha |
| Vagaro | Yes | No, opens Vagaro |
| Setmore | Yes | No, opens Setmore |
| SimplyBook.me | Yes | No, opens SimplyBook.me |

## The calendar itself, without slowing the page

For services that allow it, switch **Show as** to "Calendar on the page" and your services and open times appear inside your page. Visitors pick a time without leaving your link in bio.

The calendar loads only when a visitor scrolls near it or taps "See available times". Until then nothing is fetched from the booking service, so your page opens as fast as it always does and nobody's browser talks to Calendly or Booksy just for passing by. Each page allows frames from that one service and nothing else.

## Booksy, first-class

Barbers, salons and nail techs live on Booksy, so it gets the most care. Paste your Booksy business link (the one that looks like booksy.com/en-us/123456_your-shop_barber-shop_...) and the calendar view shows your real service list with prices and a Book button on each, through Booksy's own booking widget. Clients book, pay deposits and get reminders in Booksy exactly as they do now.

Any Booksy address works as a button, in every country Booksy runs in. See [link in bio for barbers and salons](https://makerhandle.com/for/barbers) for a full example page.

## A short link that always books

Every page with the block gets **makerhandle.com/yourname/book**, which goes straight to your booking page. Put it in a story, a text message or on a card at the front desk. On Pro with a [custom domain](https://makerhandle.com/features/custom-domain), yourshop.com/book works too.

Taps on the button and visits to the short link show in your [analytics](https://makerhandle.com/features/analytics) as "Clicked your booking link", next to your other links and sources, with no cookies.

## Moving from Linktree

Paste your Linktree on the [import page](https://makerhandle.com/import). The first booking link it finds (Booksy, Calendly, Square and the others above) becomes your Book a time button, and the rest of your links come over in order. See [how to move from Linktree](https://makerhandle.com/blog/move-from-linktree).

What it does not do: makerhandle does not run a calendar, send reminders or take payment for appointments. Your booking service keeps doing that, and the block is free on every plan, next to 50 free links.

## Questions

### Which booking apps work?

Booksy, Calendly, Cal.com, TidyCal, Google Calendar appointment schedules, Acuity Scheduling, Square Appointments, Fresha, Vagaro, Setmore and SimplyBook.me. The first six can show their calendar on your page; the rest open in a new tab.

### Can I embed my Booksy calendar?

Yes. Paste your Booksy business page address and choose "Calendar on the page". Your services and prices show through Booksy's own widget, and booking finishes in Booksy.

### Does the calendar slow my page down?

No. It loads only when a visitor scrolls near it or taps "See available times".

### Is it free?

Yes, on every plan. Pro adds your own domain, so yourshop.com/book works too.

### Does makerhandle take bookings or payments itself?

No. Bookings, deposits and reminders stay in your booking service. makerhandle shows it and counts the clicks.
